Payment Policy

We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, all major credit cards, and money orders. To pay with a money order, send us an email with the items you would like to order and your mailing address for a total with shipping & handling.

All payments must be made in USD (U.S. Dollars).

Shipping Information

Soft Ear Mods will ship your order as soon as it is filled. All orders will be shipped with the United States Postal Service. Delivery estimates are as follows:
USPS First Class (default method): 2 - 7 business days
USPS Priority: 2 - 3 business days
International: 7 - 14 business days

You will receive a tracking number via email when your order ships. Please use this to track the status of your package while it is in transit.

International & APO/FPO

We ship orders worldwide, including North America, Europe, Asia, etc. All international orders will be shipped via USPS. International shipping & handling is now automatically calculated in our shipping calculator.

Soft Ear Mods is not responsible for any delays or lost packages that may occur once the package has been shipped and is in transit with USPS. The only exception to this is insured packages. We will provide a replacement package upon non-delivery if the buyer chooses to insure their order at time of purchase.

We also ship to all military addresses. Please allow an extra 1-2 days for processing of military orders.

Return Policy

Any defective items may be returned for a refund or an exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in brand new condition. Custom manufactured products may not be returned. Contact us if you need to make a return.

Any personal information that you share with us is personal and confidential. It will not be sold or shared with a 3rd party.

Soft Ear Mods' Goggle Straps

Soft Ear Mods' goggle straps are assembled with butterfly ends and may not fit all goggles. To install, push butterfly ends of strap completely into the slots where the existing strap is installed. Physical abuse to or misuse of the product may cause malfunction or injury. By purchasing this product, you are using it at your own risk. Knowledge of proper use is a pre-requisite and is implied by its purchaser and/or user. Paintball is an active sport and goggles should be worn at all times during play.

Headbands & Sandanas

All headbands, Sandanas, and other headwear products should be hand-washed. These products may be damaged if cleaned by a washing machine, so we recommend against using one.

Apparel

We recommend that you wash all Soft Ear Mods apparel inside out and with like colors. Additionally, all instructions listed on the individual garments' tag(s) should be followed.
